ExponentialSweep#
- class ExponentialSweep(parameter, options=None, *, data=None)#
Bases:
SweepGenerates parameter values spaced evenly on a geometric progression based on options.
If options is instance of
StartStopBaseOptions, the start and stop of the interval are calculated from powers of start and stop.If options is instance of
CenterSpanBaseOptions, the start and stop of the interval are calculated from powers of start and stop, which are derived from center and span.
- Raises:
ValueError – Error is raised if options is inconsistent.
- Parameters:
parameter (Parameter) –
options (StartStopBaseOptions | CenterSpanBaseOptions | None) –
Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.
Raises [ValidationError][pydantic_core.ValidationError] if the input data cannot be validated to form a valid model.
self is explicitly positional-only to allow self as a field name.
