LinearSweep

class LinearSweep(parameter, options=None, *, data=None)

Bases: Sweep

Generates evenly spaced parameter values based on options.

• If options is instance of StartStopOptions, then start and stop options are used for interval

• If options is instance of CenterSpanOptions, then the start and stop of the interval are calculated from center and span values

Raises:

ValueError – Error is raised if options is inconsistent.

Parameters:

• parameter (Parameter) –

• options (StartStopOptions | CenterSpanOptions | None) –

• data (list[Any] | ndarray[Any]) –

Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.

Raises [ValidationError][pydantic_core.ValidationError] if the input data cannot be validated to form a valid model.

self is explicitly positional-only to allow self as a field name.
